“Now you can be everywhere with me. You’re stuck with me. Can you handle that?” He asks, already knowing the answer is a yes-hopefully a yes. His lips still have her taste plastered and he continues to lick his lips, wiping it off and settling it onto his tongue. The flashing of cameras are coming from all directions but he doesn’t seem to mind. He wouldn’t hide this new found relationship for anybody except her if that’s what she wanted but they both are basking in the openness. “It’s because of you. You’re beautiful and the summer sure is your season.” He adds and an arm wraps around her waist; her hipbone flush to his. “There’s more. A lot more to be seen.” His hand is swinging in hers as they walk side by side. His eyes wandering around them and he notices the Black Keys’ stage just like she mentions. “Seeing anyone you want first. Black Keys it is then. But we need, have to see Frank Ocean if you’re okay with that. I have an ear for him you could say.” Settling themselves in front of the stage that was the band’s, he has her back to his chest, her bottom to his groin with his face leaning on her shoulder, breathing against her cheek awaiting the band to start playing.
“Of course I can handle you, cowboy,” she teases, resting her hand against his cheek. Her thumb moves to wipe some of her lip gloss of his full bottom lip, as she grins upward at her man. “Oh hush,” she laughs, “I’m sure it’s because of my sexy boyfriend. Women….and men can’t seem to resist you. They’ll be shooting daggers at me in no time.” Of course everyone seemed to be smiling as they continued snapping the photos of the couple, the gossip working around the crowd in a low buzz. It would be only a matter of time before they were being rushed by True Blood fans and truth was they both rather enjoyed the fun atmosphere when that always seemed to happen.
Holding Joe’s hand, Kristin smiled as they both walked over to the stage to watch the Black Keys perform. “Oh I love Frank Ocean!” she exclaimed, excited that he was on the list of acts for tonight. “He’s pretty fantastic,” she continued, “I don’t listen to a lot of rap or hip-hop but he’s very talented.” She was more for Alternative and Indie music, your occasional pop hit or good country song. So seeing the Black Keys seemed pretty perfect in her eyes, knowing he seemed to enjoy them as well. Pressing her back against his chest, she sighed in contentment. Her hands rested against his arms that wrapped around her waist, the protective stance that he took pleased Kristin to no end. Turning her head slightly, she pressed her lips to Joe’s, relishing in the close proximity. The sound of a drum kit and a guitar began to wail from the stage, forcing the couple to gaze straight ahead. The crowd around them began going wild, electricity seeming to be pulsing around them. Kristin screamed in excitement, her face lighting up like a Christmas tree. This truly was the best gift she’d ever received in her life and Joe truly was the greatest boyfriend. The Black Keys took off in an explosive start, launching right into their songs, causing Kristin to grind against Joe. Her curvaceous ass pressed against his groin, her body practically reclining against his own as they moved to the beat of the music, the lyrics falling from her lips.

As her comments leave her lips, he laughs immediately. It wasn’t too hard to make Joe smile on her part. It was almost like it was natural. “Mama will approve. If she knows I love you, she’ll love you. Besides, you won’t have to cook on holidays. Italian women are prideful.” He smiles and teases. “But that doesn’t mean you can’t cook for me. I eat a lot.” Joe licks his lips indicating it. ”You could always surprise me and say no.” He grins playfully as his cheek leans into her lips as they sit there peacefully in each other’s company. Nothing else can or will compare.
People are swarming the area and his hand’s grip on her own tightens on instinct. And he loves her reaction to the sight before them. It’s just going to get better, Joe thinks as they start to walk down the block heading to the actual concert. “I’m glad and now you’re here, with me and I really hope it’s everything you wanted.” He looks at her admiringly and he’s actually ecstatic that she’s already enjoying their stay in the windy city. Her approval means the world to him. More so than anything. “I think you should tell him. This weekend is going to last to the stroke of midnight on Sunday. I made sure that we’ll be busy. In both senses.” He states in a playful tone as they continue walking, maneuvering through the sea of bodies on the sidewalk and that cloud the street. She compliments him and they stop in their tracks. Her arms around his neck and his hands find their way to her hipbones in an gently grip. “You don’t have to thank me. Thank you for being with me.” He says before their lips meet in a soft meeting and he doesn’t care who’s watching. People probably flashing cameras and cheering for them but he could not seem to give a care in the world. Breaking from the kiss though he doesn’t want to, he licks his lips and gives her a smile. “We’re the center of attention.”
“I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else except with you,” she admits, pressing her lips once more to his as he holds her hips, keeping them both steady. The sun is beating down onto them, warming their skin and the loud noises of music and people fill their ears. The summertime is cradling them in this perfect moment, making time move just a little slower, just a little more perfect than before. Settling back onto her feet comfortably, Kristin returns Joe’s smile before giggling at his observation. “I thought that would happen where ever we went,” she nodded, the grin never leaving her lips. Turning to face the crowd, some people were taking pictures others were oblivious and just wanted to get into the festival. Taking Joe’s hand once again Kristin pulled him into Grant Park, eyes wide in wonderment as she surveyed the scene. “My God this is huge!” she announced with a laugh, “so fabulous.” Reaching the gates, she figured they would have no trouble getting in even if they didn’t have tickets, but she was certain they did. “So who are we seeing first?” she asked, wondering if Joe knew exactly what he wanted or if they were just going to do whatever. “The Black Keys are playing,” she suggested, pointing off to one of the stages, noticing the logo in the background and the swarm of people waiting.
